The People Behind the Process
Logan Laird
Logan is a third-generation construction manager with the company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with a focus on health sciences from the University of Central Oklahoma. Since beginning his career in 2020, he has gained experience in both commercial and residential construction projects across Oklahoma. Outside of work, Logan enjoys golfing, grilling, and spending time with friends and family.
Gina Laird
Gina’s role at Laird Construction Services developed organically over time. What began as supporting Gary with errands, payroll, and subcontractor payments grew alongside their family and the company. As their children, Lauren and Logan, got older, Gina's responsibilities grew. Today, she manages the company’s finances, assists clients in selecting finish materials, and oversees their procurement. She places a strong emphasis on the relationships formed with clients throughout each project and often finds herself missing those connections once the project is complete. Outside of the office, Gina enjoys spending time with family, group fitness, and cooking.
Gary Laird Jr.
Gary Jr. grew up in a construction family, with his father, Gary Laird Sr., spending more than 40 years in the Oklahoma construction industry. He began working in the trades at age 14 and later earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Central Oklahoma. After serving four years in the United States Air Force, Gary joined the family business as a project manager and now serves as an owner of Laird Construction Services. He holds a Certified Professional Constructor designation (earned in xx an OSHA 30 certification, and has served on the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Oklahoma Board in xx. Gary is active in his community, having served as a deacon, a member of his church’s praise and worship band, and on the Tuttle School Board from 2011 to 2017. He and his wife, co-owner Gina, have two children. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, boating, and golf.

Gary Laird Sr.
Gary Laird Sr. founded Laird Construction Services in 1991, following a long and accomplished career in the construction industry. He earned an associate’s degree in construction management from Oklahoma State University and spent 21 years with Harmon Construction in Oklahoma City, serving as Senior Vice President of Estimating, Marketing, and Business Development. In 1986, he joined Manhattan Construction as a Senior Project Manager before launching his own company. In 1997, he took a position with CMS Willowbrook, where he brought extensive experience in safety, concrete, high-rise construction, and estimating. Gary retired in 2009 and passed away in 2020.
